Mathematical Model and Study of Viral Hepatitis among Population in Afghanistan

Despite availability of strategies against viral hepatitis, it is still a serious disease, which millions people are already infected with, hence yet needs to be focused on. As an attempt, we formulated single mathematical model describing behaviour all strains presented in the literature. The basic reproduction number(R_0) at disease free equilibrium point computed, feasible region has been determined. For local stability model, R_0 taken into account and for global Lyapunov method followed. then applied data available Afghanistan year 2020. Based on data, values parameters estimated, using Minimum Mean Absolute Error (MAE) method. Numerical simulation performed support results plotted represented graphically. One-at-a-time sensitivity analysis (OAT) used involved have examined propose analysis, indicated that infection rates acute chronic states hepatitis most sensitive critical parameters. It observed large number populations can become followed by small increment rates. also noticed that, entire population could infected, if no prevention measures were taken. this paper useful forecasting outbreak further modified including measures.
